We went to Lafayette and spent the weekend with Carly and Marci! this is outside of Don's of Lafayette waiting
to eat dinner!
We took this picture overlooking the Mississippi river Bridge.
We were up by our favorite Antebellum Bed and Breakfast, it's the one that overlooks the river!
This is when we went to eat dinner at the Cocl of the Walk Resturaunt. We love their fried
pickles! YUM! YUM!
And we made friends with our waiter, a guy from Australia, you know the Ouback!
On our Honeymoon, we took the ski lift to OberGatlinburg. It was an absolutely beautiful view!
Once on top of the mountain, it was really cold, but it was beautiful!
While on our honeymoon, we went into Pigeon forge for the day and toured the Old Mill. It was
really interesting! We got to tour the actual Mill and they showed us how things worked back in the day! And we met the sweetest
little old lady!
This was taken at night in the Town Square! You can't see the water fountain that actually
had flames coming out of the top! It was beautiful! Gatlinburg is decorated for the holidays and it's gorgeous!
Also, another tid bit about our trip! It turned cold! I mean really cold, which we hadn't anticipated,
nor packed for! Thank goodness I had thrown my sweatshirt into the truck before we left "just in case"! It really came in
handy! While we were there, it actually snowed in the mountains, and it sleeted down in the town. Justin of course, was running
around wearing short sleeves and shorts, and by the way, was perfectly comfortable!

Our Vacations and Weekend Trips
We have been on several trips, especially lately!
Our honeymoon was spent in Gatlinburg, TN in a cabin on top of the mountain! It had the most beautiful view int he world!
We went to Natchez, MS for our First Anniversary Trip! It was fun!
And we often take little weekend trips to different places: Lafayette, Bayou Pigeon, Addis.......
